Rachael started her career booking talent and doing promotions for music venues, such as the Bit House Saloon and The Bootleg Theater in LA. Rachael ran social media, and talent buying, and handled bookings for multiple organizations. Most of Rachael's work history has been in the music industry: stage management, PA work, touring, talent buying, booking, social media, promotions, and organizing music, fashion, and artistic live events. Rachael also worked directly under manager Ron Laffitte, a fore founder of Live Nation/Maverick.

Rachael has worked on a team for Steve Miller Band, Journey, Oliver Tree and Future where she manages or has managed their brand merchandising programs. Rachael's work expertise includes event management, hospitality, merchandising, logistics for creative agencies, live festival events for brands such as Nike, HOVER by Under Armour, and Gannett - USA Today, and True West, C3, Fuller, and Live Nation.
